  • If the product happens to be out of stock, we will send it out within 7-14 working days and will not accept this as a reason for refund. Please be sure to contact us to confirm inventory before placing an order.
  • A small part of the goods are pre-ordered goods. If the order includes pre-ordered goods, they will be shipped after all the goods are received. (Please contact us if you need to send it separately)
  • Since most of the items are only in small quantities, there is no verbal reservation and a receipt of full payment is required.
  • The goods can be shipped after paying the full order payment.
  • Placing an order indicates that you have understood and accepted these purchase instructions.

Confirm Order

  • The company will confirm the order details through the customer's order placement, including the ordered products, quantity, amount and shipping cost.
  • After our company confirms that the payment has been received, if the goods are in stock, it will generally be arranged to be shipped within 7 working days (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays).
  • Confirmed orders cannot be canceled unless the product is discontinued/no longer available.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer within 5 working days to make another arrangement.

Shipping method

  • Free shipping for purchases over HK$400 with full discount. Available to residential/commercial addresses only. Local delivery takes about 2-3 working days.
  • If the amount is less than HK$400, a shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.

Product returns
SHOPPERHK provides customers with a "seven-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt). If customers find any problems with the product and need to return or exchange it within seven days after receiving the goods, they can report it to us.

  1. If the delivery date exceeds 7 days, we will not accept replacement for any reason.
  2. If the customer fails to cooperate with our company's arrangements for product recycling within 7 days of requesting a return or exchange of goods, resulting in our failure to recycle the goods, the customer will be deemed to have given up the request and will have no right to make any further claims.
  3. Replacement products must be returned together with complete packaging, accessories, and instructions.
  4. If the product is not specifically marked, the product does not enjoy any warranty. All product maintenance is self-service, please contact us first.
  5. If you need to return or exchange products, orderers, including local and overseas customers, must pay the postage for the replacement products.
  6. If the customer chooses to return the goods after receiving the goods due to factors other than the quality of the goods (including but not limited to mold marks produced during the production of the goods), regardless of whether the goods meet the conditions for free shipping at the time of delivery, the relevant delivery charges will be based on unsatisfied Free shipping is subject to conditions, please contact us for details.
  7. Items must be returned together with any gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund. The refund amount will be deposited into your designated bank account 4-6 weeks after confirmation.
  8. If there are any problems with the product during transportation, please contact the transportation company for resolution. SHOPPERHK will not compensate you for any costs or replacement of goods.
  9. Any displayed discounted products, clearance products or special sale products, free gifts and trial size gifts are not subject to replacement.
  10. If the goods or the quantity of goods you receive do not match the order, you can notify us via WhatsApp within seven days and we will have a dedicated person verify the order content. If it is found that this is caused by our error, we will arrange to replace the goods free of charge, and the company will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred.
  11. Some products may be slightly discolored or deformed due to craftsmanship or fabric treatment, but their main functions are not affected in any way and cannot be replaced due to quality issues.
  12. The pattern and logo printing may be different from those shown in the video/picture, depending on the supplier's delivery. The video is for reference only. The actual pattern, color, and size may be slightly different, with an error of about 1-5cm. All objects shall prevail. .
  13. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any food, including (but not limited to) cookies, snacks, nutritional fruit bars, etc.
  14. In case of any dispute, SHOPPERHK reserves the right to make the final decision

Precautions

  • If the customer enters an incorrect address and causes a delivery error, the company will charge an additional administrative fee of HK$50.
  • If it is delivered to the designated delivery location within the first delivery time and there is no one to accept it, the delivery staff will contact the company first and then try to contact the consignee. If unsuccessful, the company will make other delivery arrangements. However, Shipping fee will be charged
